Love it. It is so beautiful.

That's beautiful - is that appliqué on a patchwork background? Great effect and I love sunflowers - we have lots of them in late summer in our part of france - acres and acres all turing their heads to follow the sun!

I think this is one of my favorite blocks so far... now I do love the new quilt you posted! How on earth did you choose which one to do first? Rachaels garden and the Rocky Mt. are fabulous!

I don't think I could choose a favorite.
That is going to be such an awesome quilt when it's all done!

I just started picking random ones at first then I decided to go in order down from the 11. Those are 2 inch squares. They came with the kit. I have to put them on the fusible that is printed and comes with the kit too. That part is simple. It has a grid that I can mark on the fuseble and has Light, Medium light, , medium, dark medium and dark. I just try to follow that chart. Each one has a different kind of lay out. The rest are appliques and since I just learned how to use the seam-a-steam I'm using that. I imagine when I'm done I'll have to sew them down. Good thing with that steam stuff is no fuzzy edges. Time for church. BYE

You are going to have a very beautiful quilt!! I can't wait to see it when you're done, although I love seeing each block too!! :-)

Thanks, I can't wait either. Lots of cutting today. 30 or more little petals..and 15 tiny little stamens, besides the stems.
