Great Customer Service from Sulky
About 10 days ago I posted here and wrote Sulky about a problem I was having with their Sulky Sticky Fabri-Solvy. I was using it for a redwork project, and my hand needle kept getting gummy. Within hours I received a lengthy email from Sulky asking for my home address so that they could send me a replacement product. They mentioned that some of their early-produced product had too much "sticky". Today I received not one, but THREE packages of Sticky Fabri-Solvy!! What a generous gesture! I'm thrilled. Thank you Sulky.
