I like to use my cross-stitching in quilts. My dil traded me 8 boxes of thread on bobbins (I had a lot of winding ), the boxes to hold them, bobbins, patterns, books, material galore, a mouse pad, 2 baby blankets, bibs galore, check book covers, towels, and I don't know what all for my card making stuff which I put into one bag. I tried to give her something else and she said no. She is giving up cross stitching and I was glad to be the receiver.
