Greenville SC Quilters!

I am going to be in your area next week, and I'm already trying to manuever my way to Hancock's. Any great Quilt shops that I need to know about in the area? I'm hoping my sis in law (who also quilts, but isn't obsessed with it... er, as passionate about it, as I am. I'm hoping to bribe her with lunch out, and some time without the kids. ) will drive me around one afternoon. My mom and I are renting a car, and she is NOT into fabric shopping! hehehehehe....

Anyway, we'll be in Easley, not far from Greenville. Where would you recommend we go? :D

You all won't be far from Mary Jo's in Gastonia, NC. I highly recommend a side jaunt there, where you'll find lots and lots and LOTS of fabric, notions, etc.,etc. You will enjoy it....I promise!!!! And sorry, but that's the only one I'm aware of...tho I'm sure there are more!

Heirlooms and Comforts in Central (near Clemson) is/was going out of business. Not much fabric left, but accessories are on sale. There is Marietta's Quilt 'N Sew in Simpsonville, a bit of a drive, but worth it. And of course, Elaine's Attic in Landrum.

In addition to Mary Jo's in Gastonia, there is also Sew Much Fun just a mile or so from there. It's a MUST if you get to Gastonia.
