I found this sewing machine at a local thrift store and am wondering if anyone knows anything about it. It has attachments with it and the price is $20.00.

No, does it work? Nice lines.

I didn't try it. The piece of paper I folded back for the picture was a note that said the machine needed a needle.
I was just wondering if anyone on the board had one and what they thought of it.

If it's that cheap buy it...worth extra to put into working order. Nice lines

Try going to the Vintage Sewing Topic/Forum area and I'm sure there are many members there to help you. Billy our resident expert and others know all these older machines backwards and forwards.

I will bet that when it is cleaned up and oiled, it will run like a dream. I haven't seen to many vintage machines that didn't work good. They sure don't build them like that anymore.

When I was first married my aunt gave me her Graybar sewing machine. I used it for several years and it was a great machine. I had forgotten all about it until I saw your post. (That was 60 years ago) I don't have the machine any longer BUT I do have the same sweet husband!!! Our anniversary was last week.
