Groovy Board Help Please
 

I am trying to figure out how to advance rows when using groovy boards. There are no registration marks on the boards, and I need the rows to be evenly spaced. I have googled for tutorials without any luck. Thank you in advance for anyone who can explain this to me.

My groovy boards don't have the dotted lines. I think I will take a Sharpie and draw them in.
