I am in luv with the Civil War production fabrics, all the old looking fabrics.

I machine piece and send my work off to get quilted. I am working on a Dear jane quilt and other Bom's.

I do both hand and machine piecing. I do my quilting by hand, not good with a sewing machine. I like all different fabrics. I do mostly appliqued baby quilts. I just finished one on dinosaurs.

I am almost totally scrappy.
I love homespuns, civil war and 30's repros. I prefer darks but also love girlie pastels.
I only do traditional quilts.....even design traditional.
I hand quilted as a business for 20 years then became a longarmer 11 years ago.

I machine piece. I machine quilt, and practice is helping to improve my quilting. I love traditional quilt blocks. I really like fall colors for my quilts. I'm still a beginner, but I really love quilting. Everyday I get new ideas from this site. I need to live to be 100 to just come close to making them all. :D

I machine and hand piece depending on the project, love paper piecing and trying new things. I hand quilt, but prefer machine because it is faster. The fabrics I like really depends on my mood and what I am doing at the time.

I machine piece and machine quilt. I kinda lean toward the traditional but would try any of it. I want to hand piece and hand quilt 2 quilts before I get to old to do so. For my daughters as a family Heirloom. Boy I had better get busy, I am already a senior. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi again! I machine piece only, and I got a short arm machine with a frame to do my own quilting. It's a "starter" set, and I am learning so much. I have tried paper piecing, and will go back to it some time in the future. I have tried some machine applique (little bit), and will most likely go to that in the future. I am still perfecting my machine piecing, so that is my main focus.

I love all fabrics and mix and match freely! I like traditional blocks, but also have an interest in arty stuff (although I haven't tried any yet). I have posted some of my stuff on here, and it's really fun to get the feedback.
