guess this a long shot

I found a photo of a quilt and I wanted to try it as a baby quilt. I bookmarked but accidentally deleted the bookmarks. I have googled different phrases and found something close but not the exact photo I had saved. Its title was a girl's name that I'm pretty sure begins with A. Maybe the photo has been removed. Is there any other way to find the exact photo? Any specific words I could google? It was available as a pattern from some company whose name escapes me. The design was similar to this(without the sashings).

I know how to do the DP pattern but I want to find the exact photo for the colors and layout.
It won't be a big deal if it isn't found but thought some of you may have used the photo and/or pattern and could help me. anne

Did you check your browsing history? You can usually check it by day/week etc. This works if you didn't delete the history. Good luck!

PS: Try this one for a similar look to the block you posted.

Thanks for the suggestions. I delete browsing history every night. Thanks for the link. I saved it for another time as I like it.

Have you tried using the colours you remember in your google search?

Purple quilt, db pattern A

Include the size if you know it.

Do you back up your computer? You may have a copy of your bookmarks.

Could this be it? https://www.pinterest.com/pin/164381455120356477/

This would be a good baby quilt version. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/273101164884145220/

Thank you for the suggestions, Tothill. Thank you for the links, summitbay. I didn't have a backup copy of my bookmarks. I will probably remember the name after I finish the quilt.

I have quilt patterns for "Annabella" and "Arabella". Do either of those sound right?

illinois 06-16-2018 03:31 AM

The one that came to my mind is Anita's Arrowhead but I don't think it resembles the design you posted.

No, but thanks for looking.
It is driving me crazy. I have googled quilt patterns with various feminine A names but still drawing a blank although I have bookmarked many pics for future inspiration.

Is it "Remembering Amelia"...I've made a small quilt from this pattern....basic scrappy orange peel.

No. As far as I can remember it was a one-word title. I came across a similar Orange Peel one when searching. I have it bookmarked.
Thank you for looking and replying to this thread. I appreciate the help.

This quilt came to mind when I saw your example. It's made using snowball blocks.

Country flowers pattern was invented by "Amanda" Niederhauser and is a 9 patch. No curves though. https://www.craftsy.com/quilting/pat...l-quilt/519546

Your link didn't work for me but thanks for looking for it.

Rose_P 06-16-2018 06:45 PM

I think this is the link for the quilt posted by Kris P: http://sistersandquilters.blogspot.c...with-more.html

Rose_P 06-16-2018 06:51 PM

I just had a hunch that I'd seen one called "Amelia", and this turned up. https://www.craftsy.com/quilting/pat...-pillow/254833

anne2016 06-17-2018 02:53 AM

RoseP, thank you for looking and posting Kris P.'s link. Neither is the one I needed. I have started mking the Drunkard's Path blocks. If I don't find the inspiration photo, I will just wing it. I just liked the colors and layout of the one I had bookmarked. Many people have found and posted links to similar ones, so I will use those as guidelines.

So many cute patterns came up and sites to visit

Onebyone 06-17-2018 07:12 AM

I think every photo of every quilt ever put on the internet is on Pinterest. Check DP quilts there.

Rhonda K 06-17-2018 08:16 AM

Are any of these close to your pattern? Just add the A in your search path for the DP patterns. Hope you find it!

Hope the link works.

ETA: I don't the A in the search worked but the pattern might be one of these so I will leave the link for you.
