Guild meeting space

Hi anyone !
I am hoping I can get some information on places where guild meetings are held. I am an active member of a guild and we are out growing our space. We meet in a back room area of a local quilt store, but they can no longer accommodate are growing group. We have looked into libraries but since we have a fee to join the guild, we can't meet there. Any ideas? Thanks for your help

condo will charge unless you live there, (I live in one)
a lot here on the island meet at churches, VFW's and those type of halls.
I know small group out of a church makes and raffles off the quilt for the church once a year.

We have ours at the VFW and pay for 3 hrs twice a month about $1200 year. or try Elks or Moose or church halls.

Hav you tried hotels for meting rooms? There would be a fee, but it might be manageable.

We meet at a church school cafeteria.

Our guild meets in the LQS after shop hours. Another option is our local fire station has a community meeting room that is free to use during the day or evenings.

We have a group that meets in a room at the local university.

You might also check with all the fraternal orders - Elks, Moose, Masons, etc.

Our group meets at the library. We do have dues but that doesn't matter here. We do have restrictions on selling anything and recently we used the room for a workshop but had to collect the money for the workshop away from the library which wasn't a problem. We make a donation each year to the library for the use of the room. Trying to find affordable meeting rooms for any group is a challenge. The other non-sewing clubs I belong to meet at a Moose (we can use the room as long as we buy the meal they serve); a church (one person is a member and the church allows many groups to use their building as part of their outreach to the community); clubhouse at a mobile home park where a member lives (used to meet at a clubhouse at an apartment complex but they started charging by the hour even for residents).
