Sounds like something my DH of 42 years would say. He won't buy things for himself, but makes sure I have the best of everything.

I am sure you will love your new IPad . I got one also and use it for everything. I like to use it in the kitchen as a cookbook. I can find just about any recipe that I need without digging through my recipe box. Of course it is great for keeping up with all of you quilting board friends. Enjoy your new Janome!

It is true you "can't take it with you". I am sure you'll love your new toys! My mom was hoarding money, but really wanted a new "used" car. My last trip there I helped her find the right one, and she is so happy with it!
