Hancocks emails
 

I ordered from Hancocks on Thursday and this is my first time with them. At the end it said the order went through and that I would receive an email. I double checked my email address and it was fine but I still have not gotten an email. Should I worry?

Is this Hancock paducah? If it is the last time I ordered from them I didn't get an email but my stuff arrived within a seek. A few days after receiving my order I got 2 emails. The first one said that my items were back ordered a nd the 2nd one said my stuff was being shipped and included a tracking number. I checked the tracking number to be sure they weren't ashing me a duplicate order and it showed it had been delivered the week before.

The first time I ordered form them about a month ago, I didn't realize my order processes and so I put in another order. I only got one email confirmation for the order, so I thought I had only ordered once. I called them the next day about a question, because I put the CODE in for the free shipping but it did not who the free shipping on my order. When I called them, they told me I had ordered twice, and they let me cancel one order. I thought that was confusing since I never did get an email confirmation from them for the one order. A coupel weeks later I ordered from them again and I got an email confirmation right away.
