H-Paducah is NO relation to Hancock's chain fabric stores. H-P carries just about ALL of the major quilt fabric makers.
I've ordered from them many times and never been disappointed. They have good sales, closeouts & sometimes offer free SH too :)

they also have many 20% or 10% off sales and a listing of 2.98, 3.98 and 4.98 sale fabrics. I do love Hancocks of Paducah!

Yes it is different than the other Hancock's. I was educated in that just in the last couple weeks locally by some ladies. There is a huge difference between the Paducah one and those local to us. They have a much better quality fabric and a ton more choices and of course the price can be higher but you get what you pay for.
