does anyone have one of the handi quilters.. they are just the frame that you use your own sewing machine to quilt? how do you like it? is it worth using?

I have one, I used it for a few months and decided I really wanted more throat space to quilt than my Bernina had. It works fine, but like I said you are limited by the throat space of your sewing machine. I bought Handi Handles to use with it. They made the whole setup easier to use, but I've heard the handles are no longer made. I liked mine enough to save it in the garage for my grandaughter to learn on someday.

Sorry I don't have it, did start with a frame and my DM, soon realised I want more throat space, so upgraded to the HandiQuilter 16
