Hi everyone,
Someone gave me a crinkly skirt. A long one and it's a tan color. Wonder if I could use it in a quilt. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. |
Does the label say what kind of fabric it is ?
You can use anything in a quilt , just would make a difference in the care of the quilt |

Hello and Welcome to the board!!!
You could keep it wrinkly and iron on a fusible interfacing on the back to hold it shape. A lot of that fabric I have seen is "almost" stretchy feeling, so you may want to use the interfacing even if you want to iron it out  |
Usually broomstick skirts are gauze, too thin to hold up for regular use. You might get away with using it in a wall hanging.

can you use it for a crazy quilt
