Just wanted to wish everyone a very special Happy Valentine's Day. I plan on spending the entire day with my special DH and will not be turning on my computer or my sewing machine.

Tuesday will be a different story! :D :D

Funny you should say that! DH usually golfs on Mondays, he is staying with me instead!

The weather is warming up here so we hope to be outside for most of the day!

Been making love notes all day for DH to find in the morning...... In the coffee filter's, coffee pot, underwear, and socks..... He has to work late so I'm fixing BBq wings, potato salad and baked beans...all his fav..... Going to have a picnic in the living rm..........( we are going on 29yrs)

We are at 29 1/2 years! What a great idea! He isn't home right now so I could do this too! I do it all the time for the grandkids when they spend the night! Thanks for the idea!

Son is getting married tomorrow so hope to be back from seeing Dad in the hospital in time to go out for dinner with them! Hoping DH will spend the day with me but his Mom is always needing him there!

You last sentence sounds like what I went through for so many years with my MIL and DH. She always managed to make things difficult like that and wanted DH to be at beck and call and could have cared less if we might have plans or what interference she might cause someone else. I think she sat around and tried to think up ways to make everyone else have a lousy day or special event. Wow, can't believe I am being so mean, she has passed on now but really caused problems like that when she was living. Hope you get to have a great day.
