FQ's are always a $1 and name brand designers; all cotton, etc. from aaaquilterssupply.com I seem to remember she also has bags of scraps for quilters or that may have been on equilter.com I buy from both places and always happy with fabrics! BertieD

I've bought from sierra patchworks and have been very satisfied with both the service and the fabric squares.

I buy a lot on ebay but usually only Moda and I never got stuck. I have gotten beautiful fat quarters in lots of 12 for 12.00. They are last years fabrics but who cares. Mo and Mac's Fabric Shack, Quilterbiker, come to mind. Just type in what you want and usually the fabrics clost to bid closing come up first. Thats how you can get good deals. I have been very happy and have made some excellent deals. A couple times I lost a bid by a dollar or two and the seller contacted me with a second chance bid, for my top bid. Really good deal. Sometimes the winner doesnt have the money when they win. Thats how I got my Featherweight.

As ahousebound person I shop on the internet, my "stash" is full, full, full of fabric from ebay and have only one bad batch. Most of the fabric is good quality, just be careful on the description. Oh yes, and a lot of fabric that some husband found in the garage, it stunk and no cotton fabric to be found, threw it out.

Quilt peddler is good to. I have bought fabrics from Ebay for years and basically they are good. You just have to know the fabric you are buying. I had one seller that misrepresented the quality of fabric she had and she refunded my money without a problem. So far so good and I have been buying fabric from there for at least 15.00 years.

I agree with the poster who recommended checking feedback scores and remarks. I can't recall getting a bad deal off ebay - I have no choice to buy online as we live some 600 ish air miles from the nearest large town. Have bought from Mo and Macs no problem and I seem to remember a seller by the ID Franks ( and a number after the name) also do some nice lots. Good luck!

ive only had 1 bad experience with ebay i ordered some fabric that stunk so bad i couldnt store it in the house i washed it 4 times and it was ok so i wound up using it i almost threw it out it was so bad. the pkg wasnt damaged in
any way so it came from the seller that way but it was really inexpensive compared to some just like it id already purchased i guess it was still worth it even if i count my wasted time and the extra ironing. i buy lots on ebay as i live in a rural area and theres few fabric choices with out driving a long way besides sometimes its just way cheaper and lets face it with the economy like it is we have to stay within our very thankful for my fabric stash.
