I think I prefer to design my own quilts until I see something like this!! Then I get tempted to go buy the directions and make one!! Beautiful work, Barb!

Wow! Is that a difficult pattern? It looks very complicated.

That is a gorgeous quilt. One more pattern I'm going to have to add to my list. It is only 39" long so far.

Wow, that is beautiful. I am so intimidated by them.

You shouldn't feel intimidated by them. I am starting the bargello round and it is even easier than doing the Ribbon in motion bargello that I did. If you can sew together strips of fabric then cut them with a ruler you basically can do the bargello round because that is pretty much all there is to it. You should really try it - you'd be amazed.

Your quilt is beautiful Barb - I've had the book and rulers for a while but have not got into that one yet - I'm toying with ideas of what to make with beautiful fabric I'm using to make star log cabin quilt leftovers - thanks for reminding me of that book

Are you doing the circle or the one that start a circle then twists back on in the other direction?

I have done Christmas tree skirts using the long wedge ruler. A lot of work but worth the effort. I just bought a small wedge ruler yesterday to try something similar to yours but on smaller scale.
