I just made this quilt about a month ago and it really is easy to make. You really do not need the 60 degree ruler as she gives you a drawing of it in the pattern. I had the 60 degree ruler but it wasn't as big as it needed to be so I just used her drawing and drew it off on a piece of cardboard. It is not made by sewing two strips together and then cutting them apart like I would have thought - but it was very easy to make. It was something different for me to make.

I think just sewing two strips together then cutting out triangles that are 60 degrees, six of these will give you the spinner of that pattern
