It looks like it would be nice to use here and there in a small quilt. Just wonder how it was to use and is it placed in the top and bobbin thread as well? Thanks.

Certainly cheaper to use, and the same amount of effort.

Interesting. I would venture though that both have their uses.

I will have to try this - I'll add it to my next equilter order.

That is a very interesting idea. Might work good in a landscape wall hanging to add more texture.
The link for equilter says you can use it in your bobbin also.

My FMQ isn't very good yet. I bet this would help disguise my lack of talent ;-)

If the top thread shrunk, but not the bobbin, wouldn't it leave the stitches loose on the back? I think I would use it in both :D:D:D
