Has Anyone....

Has anyone bought fabric from Beverly's? I'm looking for some white fabric and her prices seem good.
I've never done business with that company before and just wanted to see if anyone else has.
thanks

Lynn

I only buy Kaufman's Kona snow white; and, I get it from http://www.fabric.com. They have good prices and ship free if you spend (I think) $35.

Yes, I've shopped from Beverly with no problems.

Around here (California) Beverly's is a chain store somewhat like Joann's but with full-fledged local quilt shop quality fabric, plus other fabric as well. Their prices are routinely $2-3 less a yard than a local quilt shop. Didn't know they sold online...

Never heard of it, but you can be sure I will be checking it out today!

I've purchased from Beverly's online many times before as they feature some pretty good sales. I have only bought brand name items though (Hoffman bali pops, Moda yardage, etc.).

I haven't tried Beverlys but will have to take a look. Through today fabric.com has their Konas on sale, plus if you use a coupon code you can get 15% off, and shipping is indeed free after $35. The code is not hard to find online if you don't have one. I just stocked up. Again.

I'm not familair with them but after hearing about them, think I will check them out.

Like others, I shop fabric.com often and have always been pleased.

The San Diego Beverly also takes coupons from other places like Joann's

I have bought at Beverly's They carry all qualities of fabrics. You can get some really good fabrics and some not so good fabrics. Just picked up some lovely fabrics from a shop in Santa Maria last weekend.

I have had good experience with beverly's

Thanks for all the info. I did go ahead and order some fabric from fabric.com (had never purchased from them and didn't know there was a coupon). I did force myself to buy enough to get free shipping. I'm going to go back to the Beverly's site and maybe do a little more shopping.

I bought some jelly rolls from there, they were inexpensive and shipped quickly.

Never heard of Beverly's, but will check it out now. Is she JoAnn's sister??? (tee hee, couldn't resist)!!

I've bought from both the brick and mortar and the online. Both are good. I bought Bali pops online for a little more than 1/2 price that everyone else was selling them.

jeaninmaine 06-14-2012 06:32 AM

That's how I found them, I was searching for a particular Bali-pop jelly roll, and only a few still had it but no one at her prices. I've bought some other stuff since then and never been disappointed with either the quality, price or shipping speed. There and connecting Threads are pretty much the first places I look for anything.
