Has anyone tried this pattern? by Julie Weaver called Oklahoma
 

Quilters World, Autumn 2016, quilt pattern by Julie Weaver called Oklahoma. I don't know if I am not understanding the instructions or they are incorrect, both blocks - the tractor and the garage. Just doesn't work. Has anyone tried this pattern? I have been quilting for 15 years and never have run in to this difficulty before. I am feeling quite dumb.

Thanks. How do you know all this stuff? I searched the web by pattern name and designer, searched the magazine site, etc., that form did not come up. I will try to explain my problem, maybe figure out how to attach a picture. Thanks again. I appreciate your quick response.
