Has anyone tried these templates?

I saw this set of templates on Nancy's notions and was wondering if anyone has and tried them.

I haven't tried them; however, this is something I wouldn't purchase. I think a better bet for about the same money is a book that shows you how to make Lone Star quilts using strip sets. Like this one:

I use Quilt Smart for Lone Star quilts.

Yep, strip sets are the only way to do Lone Star. Of course I use Kaye's method.....

I am working on a star quilt, pattern from www.fairfieldworld.com that uses this method. I do not have these rulers, just used my basic 15" grid ruler and diagnoal guide lines. Several from my quilting group are making the same quilt, no one has had a problem cutting the fabric the correct deminisions.

I personally do not have space to store lots of rulers that only get used once.

I would use my rulers that I have on hand. You can get too many that will only be used once or twice and I would much rather spend the money on fabric
