I taught my children to quilt from an early age on. (5)
Yesterday we made prairie points for the first time. I asked my youngest for the name of them again, so she would remember. She said, she had forgotten. I told her that they start with an P. With a big smile and sparkling eyes she said, " I know Mama, Pinch points!" This made me laugh! My older daughter started laughing too and she said, " You are thinking about Pinch pots!" (Which, if you know anything about Tinker bell, is Fairy related). They might be called Prairie points for everyone else, but in my mind they will be Pinch points forever! I thank God for my children and their abillity to make me laugh! |
That's sweet! Thanks for including us on your inside joke! Have a great day!

Kids are such a joy. My DGK make me laugh all the time--especially the 2 six year old DGS. If they don't know the name of something, they just make it up. The other day one of them looked out the window and said "it's a leafy day."
