I purchased 1 bottle of this a long time ago at Hancock's. It is made especially for sewers with arthritis or other pain in their fingers and hands. It has a slight grit type substance which disolves when it is rubbed in. One of the best products I've ever found to relieve pain. Non-greasy so you can go right back to sewing, typing, etc. The bottle (empty) I have is pink but it may have been changed by now.
I have googled this and have not come up with any results. If anyone knows of a place where this can be bought, it would be much appreciated!! |
Try googling sew soft lotion. I think there is some on Eleanor Burns website.

Who is the manufacturer of it, you may find by Company name.

Looks like the FDA shut them down some time ago...

that always happens when you find something that works
|
The Burns site only sells gloves in a bottle...not sure that that would be the same thing....

http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/G.../UCM120749.pdf The FDA passes many drugs that kill lots of people, drugs that are later recalled. And surprisingly, a lot of the FDA people wind up working for those same drug companies. With fat checks and stock options? |
Thanks, everyone. I'd gotten behind on my posts in the Main section...actually I "lost" them and didn't know how to find them without going thru all the pages...now I know!!
Figures they would discontinue it. Cause it did work. The ingredients didn't seem "life threatenning"! |
Ah, I just read the court documents and figured it out!!!! This were more or less "natural" products and the FDA gets very curios about natural remedies!! Next, we'll have to destroy our aloe plants that we break and use for burns.
