Have you tried Circle of Nine pattern?

I just purchased a book titled, Quilting a Circle of Nine. It's the 2nd book of two books by Janet Houts and Jean Ann Wright. I found it to be very interesting and want to make one, however, my unseen quilting friends, I would like to hear your opinion and results if you've made one of these unique quilts. Thanks in advance for any input you may have, I really value what comes from this board!

Super cool concept! I like the symmetrical aspect of it. I'd love to check out the original book as well, but my library doesn't have it and it's kinda pricey on Amazon...

I purchased my copy from Connecting Threads. I think it was 40% off. There are a few new quilting terms to use with the patterns but I really like them.

I don't know how much the book is at Connecting Threads, but Abebooks.com has one for 18.00 and some change. This is including shipping. I go here for a lot of books. Better deal than Amazon sometimes.
