I thought the difficulties I had with Quilter's Club of America were just me but now I see, it was wide spread. So I dropped my membership. I belong to AQS and like the Craftsy classes, MSQC and Youtube.

I joined a fe it, I was told that the purchase didn't qualify for some reasor or another, just like trying to use the cupon, always on sale and it voids the cupon.

Will have to see if this can be added to my current subscription, or
if this is only for new members.[/QUOTE I renewed at this rate. Got a free book and $10 gift certificate for AQS store. Great deal I saw online a few weeks ago. |

I USE to be a member. I loved the magazines that I got.
But like you said they changed and getting anyone to reply to emails, or on the phone is near impossible now (or at least that was my problem last year). I prefer the AQS (American Quilter's Society). Cost is $25 one year, $46 for two years, and $69 for three years. peace |
YouTube has thousands of quilting videos, Eleanor Burns has her videos available free online and so do so many others, I gave up all of my subscriptions and don't miss them or the piles of magazines stacking up because I just can't throw them away after the expense. Just my thought.

Does anyone know if AQS accepts Paypal? I didn't see it as one of the payment options.

The Quilt Show also has videos. They are not affiliated to QCA. They were having a special. Also, AQS has started iquilt, but I haven't tried it.
PAMAR, you could contact them and ask: http://www.americanquilter.com/about_aqs/contact_us.php |
I DID NOT renew as I found more information on You Tube than they provided. It's mostly hype. IMHO

I have found many of the quilting videos on youtube that are on the paid subscription sites. Honestly I can find more quilting shows on youtube then I can watch. I was a charter member of QCA but didn't renew after a few years. What they advertised never materialized for me.
