Have you used Add-A-Miter Binding Template?

I saw this in Nancy's catalog Add-A-Miter Binding Template and since I have trouble mitering my quilt corners thought this might help, but before getting one I would really like to know if you have used this what was your experience with it. Appreciate any and all comments.

I have the Quick Easy Mitred Binding Tool.

Looks like the identical tool, but a different color acrylic, and the one you are looking at is less expensive. I can tell you that I love it. It's pretty simple looking, but it does an excellent job. All my corners have turned out perfectly.

I found watching how Patrick Lose does his corner, it has helped me with making perfect corners. He was on F&P show which are not that I know of available on U-tube.

Since this tool seems to bring the backing fabric to the front to use as binding, I don't think that I would use it. I like to use separate binding and usually don't have any trouble mitering the corners. That way when the binding wears out you can just replace it with new binding.

Thank you all for your thoughts. Kitsie I watched the video and if I can get it to work it looks great and it doesn't look to be hard to do famous last words. LOL
