Some have asked how I was doing on my Wolf Song Quilt....hummmm nothing, a big fat nothing...I walked away from my quilting room........I vowed to stay away from my quilting room...UNTIL this baby was born May 13, and well nothing like a new born to kick start a person again....so I have been playing around with a pattern for the baby quilt and quess what, I decided to take my new embroidery machine out of it's box and play and well it has to be the easiest machine to learn...The baby quilt I'm working on has sashing strips in it and I thought hummmmm why not embroider on the sashing strips. So I found a one color design of Sue Bonnet and I have to say it is working out so far....have 2 of the 3 sashings done...Maybe this will give me the will to go back to the wolf song quilt and finish.... Thanks everyone for asking

Good for you! Sometimes you just have to walk away, and let your mind clear--the rest will happen when it should. Enjoy your embroidery adventures.

That's great!!! :)
Two questions: What kind of machine? I'm looking for one. Did YOU have the baby?? Or someone else? |
Holy Moly NO!!!! :-) I didn't have the baby, my Fiance's son had a baby girl...wow me having a baby, kinda of a cool thought, but my baby making days have been over for a while now. As for the embroidery machine, it is a Janome 350E....love love love this machine...it has to be the most user friendly machine I have ever used.....
