I remember seeing a tute for this somewhere. It is like an oblong envelope which you put heat sacks in then put your feet in (in bed). As it's getting to winter here in Australia {and my feet get cold) thought this was a great idea. Does anyone know where the pattern is? Thanks

I will surf and see if I can find it

(another idea is take a long tube sock and put rice inside of it and heat in a microwave)

Surfing and finding some links for you:

How cold does it get in Australia?

It depends on which part of the country you live in, we dont get snow (unless you live up the ski slopes) , but when you are used to hot 30 to 40 degrees for 8 months of the year, a drop of 20 to 25 degrees celcious, makes for cold nights (to us) lol. :D

To most of us in the US, all of those numbers sound cold!

30C = 86F
40C = 104F
20C = 68F
25C = 77F

So your summer is 86 to 104F and your winter is 68 to 77F. I would love to have a winter 68 to 77 :-).

lol, No, take off the 20 to 25 degrees (thats a drop off the 30 to 40 degrees), I can sympathise though as I emigrated to Australia in 1960, from England, couldn't stand the cold, but you do get somewhat acclimatised.

We get below zero!! But not usually over 90 in summer!

LOL. I love that instructions say Do Not Use Popping Corn!I can see the tube sock filling up (and exploding) with fresh popped corn!

Yes, you could have a midnight snack too.
