I have a friend expecting first baby girl in early December. My husband and I want to make them a baby quilt (will also add a couple burp cloths?!?)! The nursery colors are chocolate and pink (not pale pink-just pink!). I have been trying to decide on a patten for about 2 months and am still undecided. It does not have to be super simple as I am up to a challenge although I am not ready for paper piecing, applique or anything too very complicated! Does anyone have any suggestions? I want it to look more pretty, than cute!!?!

I did one with circles in pink, brown and green. It was very easy! Here's the link:

Here are some pics to inspire you! http://www.google.com/search?q=pink+...ls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=994&bih =205 |
