I think a thin black border would look very nice. If you don't have enough long pieces of the stipes to go after the thin black border, do you have enough of the other fabics to make 4 more blocks? I have used blocks from the inner pattern and carried them out (one in each border)to the outer border. You just make the wide border fabric the same width as the block and make them a design element. It looks like you planned it that way and you can seam the border where the blocks go in.

This is beautiful. It reminds me of kiwi fruit. Great job. I might use a darker green border. Thank you for sharing.

I like the thin black border idea also You could use the pinks and greens for a pieced outer border if a piano key border seems too much or the medium pink or green if you want one to be featured a little more strongly than the other. Would definitely bind in the stripe if it were me. Beautiful quilt great work!

I think a narrow black border first, then choose a color that matches or blends well with the others. You can always use the stripe for binding if you don't want to use it for borders.

It's pretty!

how about a 1 or 1-1/2 inch stripe inner border then a solid border around it then bind with the stripe on the bias/diagonal?

I agree, after a plainer border diagonally doing the striped fabric for binding will bring all your colors back to the ouside and give border some "POP".

I agree!!!!!
