Huh. Whaddya know - you're right! I never looked at that part. Okay, I concede - the border way IS easier.
But y'all DID learn something new, right? |
Lol...I just noticed this was already mentioned...I tried to delete, but it won't let me, so editing. I have learned SO much on this board from all of you!!!
You can "uncheck" all borders equal and set side borders to "0" to accomplish uneven borders easily.

I understand what you're saying but based on the OP's picture, she will not be able to create the quilt she wants using your instructions. She has 2 rows of blocks at the top and bottom, but only one row on the sides. You can add as many borders as you'd like, but EQ will add a border to every side.
I still think the best way is custom-set. |
Yes I have learn a lot thank you all so much

I just installed my EQ7 for mac yesterday. Bookmarked this thread for future ref. You lades are so helpful. Played around a little with it yesterday. Am glad this ? came up as the quilt I have been commissioned to do is in the planning stage and the center block is going to be bigger than all the rest.

Another possible layout - but you will need to use your imagination for the details
