I appreciate all of your ideas! I've decided to tack the peeling corner down with fabric glue, then make a "patch" in the shape of a heart and stitch it down over the corner. If the other parts of the photo begin to peel, I will remove the entire photo and cover the square with something else. In the future I will avoid iron on transfers and print directly onto fabric! Thanks, everyone!

I also used Avery fabric transfers, after I had the quilt almost done, quilting around the squares but not on the photos, I too noticed the pics were peeling. I contacted Avery and they were no help. They said to reapply heat, on the transfer. If I applied heat to the top of the pic it would come off on the iron. All suggestions from the quilting groups I asked were mainly aimed at how to do it to begin with. I have tried to find something to seal them with, no luck!
