Help find applique section

Can someone tell me how to get to the applique section? Am still finding my way around upgrade & haven't been able to find it. :o

click on Home tab, scroll passed all forum topics...you'll see "User Defined Topic Lists and Tags" - click on that...the Applique section there! HTH
