Yep, " On the Rails " I have that pattern saved in my PDFs but not sure if I ever saw the Missouri Star tut. It is on my to do list as it really is a nice and pretty simple design you could make in any size block and keep alternating the three strip blocks.

Are you sure it was Jenny Doan? Daniela from Cozy Designs does a lot of quilts using strips and posts tutorials, as well.

Is this the same quilt in the latest issue of Block called Phoebe's Flower Box? It looks just like it.

IMPORTANT****I have made this quilt several times from Jennys tutorial. She makes a mistake in the video and they do a little pop up telling you about it....Make sure you note the correction or the pattern will not work! Otherwise, I love the pattrn!
