Help finding pattern
1 Attachment(s)
I downloaded this partial layout and thought I saved the info, well now that I want it I can't find it. Does anyone know the name of the star block or the name of the quilt, or where I can find a pattern. Some days, being organized is difficult.

Sorry I can't help, however they are wonderful blocks...............calla Kind of looks somewhat like a snails trail in the center...................
|
I was thinkig they look offset flying geese in the center surrounded by star points. Those are fairly sharp angles on those points so it may be a paper pieced pattern. Try quilterscache.com for the outer star?

What a beautiful quilt. I hope that someone will be able to help out with the pattern because I would love to make this quilt with some of my batik scraps.

This is the same block as "Stars on Parade", but it has a hexagon border around it. I have the pattern.

The block can be found in Judy Martin's Distinctive Star set for EQ. It is Star of the Orient.
