Help finding pattern

A good friend sent me a picture last night of this quilt and was hoping I knew name of pattern. Well I searched for multiple things and came up with nothing so I was hoping someone here might know the name of pattern.

I've seen this as a Christmas Present quilt and I think a tutorial online for this pattern. MSQC or Fat Quarter Shop. I'm sure someone will know for sure. It is a striking pattern.

Looks like a sashed disappearing 9 patch??? I'm still learning a lot but someone with much more expertise will come along......Missouri * has a tutorial for this.....

I too thought sashed disappearing 9 patch. That seems like one of the easier ways to accomplish this!

It isn't some sort of stack and whack, where you layer four squares, make the cuts, then shuffle and stitch back together with the sashing strips?

I remembered it being a Christmas quilt but the block pattern is the same. Each block turned differently and no sashing. I hope this helps.

I agree with "tallchick". I think it is the disappearing 9 patch with sashing. I just watched the video on utube with Jenny Doan and the ending result looks just like the picture your friend sent you. This pattern would look nice in maybe Christmas or Halloween fabric and looks very easy to do.

It is called Window Pane 9 patch. Here is the MSQC u-tube video:

Thank you all for the help. It is a Missouri Star You tube video. This board is the best!
