Which one, the first one with the light blue and nine patches? If so, I think that's Baby Blocks or Building Blocks with a nine patch for one of the sides, the top side.

Checked both of those patterns - neither have that 3D effect that I want.

I was recently part of a nine patch swap so I ywant to use these for my quilt. Many of the patterns use a diamond shape to achieve the 3D effect. I need the pattern to have a square for one of the sides. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions but none of them will work so far.

The one from Princess is good but she wrote that it had 960 set in seams - I think that might challenge my patience!
