Patsy: I, too, used to decorate cakes but had to give it up due to arthritis. Still very interested in doing it but don't get too involved anymore. Last cake I did was a wedding cake for my brother 6 years ago. I used real flowers out of the garden that I dipped in paraphene. It was gorgeous! Randy
