Help me find a tutorial again

A couple days ago I found a tutorial that showed how to make an easy and fast quilt using a jelly roll. It said to sew all the strips end to end, and then how to sew these strips together to make horizontal strips for the entire length of the quilt. Can anyone tell me the name of the quilt, and especially how to find it again. I am too new here to find my way around. Thanks.

Sounds like you are describing a jelly roll race.

If you google Jelly Roll Race quilt you will get loads of YouTube how to links as well as many forums.

You can also look in the QB tutorial section to see if it is in there.

Missouri Quilt Company has a tutorial on this. Just type in their name and Jelly roll race quilt. I did one and it was fun.

Sewing the strips together for the jelly roll race quilt is a pain, but it is fun to sew the rows together and have a top together in no time flat and a great way to use up some of your scraps. I have used the strips as short as the length of a fat quarter. Just adds more variety. Have fun!
