Help with mitered corners
Hi, I have been reading this board for a while but have never posted. I am not not good with technology so hope this works. I have not quilted much and what I have done has been by a pattern. I am trying to do my own thing this time and need some help. I am framing some ME blocks and did not like how it looked doing the tops and sides so I thought I would miter the corners. I do not know how to do this and would love any help you very wise people can give me.

I did a Google search under the terms "quilt miter tutorial" and came up with this You Tube Video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUh7MbELkXs If you don't care for that one, when you click on the link above, there will be several other ones on the right side of your screen to choose from. Hope this helps. By the way, what are " ME blocks " in your original post? just curious. |

I love this miter and the method is super easy:[h=1]Just Around the Corner: Quilts with Easy Mitered Borders by Kari Carr[/h]

This is the best video I have found on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wprg5vzkuGw
Hope it helps. |
I agree with the others who suggest searching for a u-tube video. That's how I learned to do the mitered corners.
