Between one seam and the next it just won't go. Can I take it apart and try to fix it or should I just try to find a new one?

I had one that stopped working several years back and my DH was able to fix it. I don't remember what was wrong. Be careful if you are dealing with the electrial wiring as it may appear fixed but could short out later.

If it isn't working, I would try to fix it. The worst thing that can happen is you still have to buy another one :D:D:D

I had this happen a couple months ago. Jumped on the board in a panic when someone suggested to make sure the plug didn't come out of the back of the machine-yeah, that's what happened!:(

Guess I'll have to track down a screwdriver (wonder where it disappeared to this time?) And see if I can figure out what's wrong |
This happened to me about two months ago. My husband took it apart and it worked for about a week, then It stopped working for good. I don't think there is any harm in attempting to fix it as long as you unplug it first.

YEAH!!!
My neighbor Willow helped me take the pedal apart and reconnect the 2 parts that had worked loose from each other. It works great AND now I know what to do if it should happen again. Thanks for the encouragement! |
