Spraying it with water and blocking it is the easiest solution. I like to use straight of grain binding on tablerunners. It's really cute!

I was going to suggest that maybe it was the binding. But someone already posted about that.

I know if I pull my binding to tight when puttint it on, it will do this.

Thank you! I am pretty sure this is what I did. I used a walking foot but I let the binding drag. You guys are all a big help.

I use deco bond with my batting in my placemats and runners. It helps keep the fabric perfectly flat and crisp.

It's very pretty.
