could you make her a cute mug rug and also a cute mug and fill up with chocolates

How about a mug cover organizer and put her favorite treat(s) in the pockets along with a fun mug underneath.

how about one of the snappy bags?

How about a small table runner (probably placemat size) in Chanukah colors (blue, white, yellow) for her to set her menorah on when she lights the Chanukah candles. You could use insulbright in it to protect whatever surface she sets it on and it would also double as a hot plate at a holiday meal.

I don't know what tschakies are, but I love tote bags to carry things.

Tschakies are all different. Basically they are collections of things people display, over the fireplace, in a curio - things like that. All I think about when I hear tschakies is 'dusting'. It also makes a good crossword puzzle entry!

Kind of like what we call knick-knacks.

I think something with a Jewish theme and colors would be very much appreciated. A small wallhanging, or table topper comes to mind.

I would think the turbans would be nice for her, or a soft pretty scarf she could tie around her head, fancy like.

I was thinking a turban also. Maybe fancy fabric for the holidays (even Jewish people celebrate New Year's etc.)

Why not a little wallet?

lynnie 09-14-2011 09:23 AM

i like the idea of a tabel topper, maybe a spiderweb one, this way it's easy if she doesn't like it.
thanks everyone
