HELP - Need This Xmas Wreath Pattern
 

Saw this photo of a wreath quilt "somewhere" .... The pattern was credited to a Quiltmaker Magazine 2008 issue AND was supposedly a Mystery Quilt of the magazine.

Does anyone have this issue and/or pattern? ANY information on this will be most helpful and greatly appreciated. I am willing to purchase the pattern and/or the back issue of the magazine.

Yes, It is from QM and is called "Yuletide Wreath" and the magazine is from 2003. As of last year they were still selling the pattern through their website for about $8. Please try to buy it from them but if you absolutely can't, PM me and maybe I can get you a copy! :o

Fabric choice makes all the difference doesn't it? The QM version left me cold, but Kitsie yours is gorgeous!

Yes! and when I went looking I could not find one Christmas fabric. Found the holly in my stash and just used other stuff!

Dumb question. What magazine is QM. I thought it was The Quilter Magazine but that wasn't it.

I also saw it and loved it. I think I am going to make one using half-square triangles and a snowball block or two (5). If you study it out, I think it could easily be made of half-square triangles.

The outside looks a lot like the delectable mountain block and the 'innards' 1/4 sq triangles. MMMM, you might could graph it out but I'd never have the patience to do so.

I think so, too. But, having said that, I bought this pattern....and I never buy patterns! It's very beautifully done and should be fun to make....and would make a nice gift -- before Christmas!
