I made this top from my stash and I wanted it to be bigger so thinking of boarders for it. But have used up all the fabrics that are in the top....very much in need of some advice...the black that I have set out their I don't like all that much but it is the only one that I have enough of.........the white I like as it has a very tiny pattern on it which I like.......help !! with thanks....Patty

Is that gray in the quilt? I think if you can match one of the grays, (especially the lighter gray) I'd like that as an inner border and the black as an outside border.

Do you have enough to make a narrow white and a wider black?

I agree with Ginger, a narrow white inner border and a wider black outer border using the fabrics you've got would look really nice.

I also vote for a ( double) border, white followed by black. Lovely quilt!

Me, too. Narrow white, wider black!

I think narrow red and wider grey.

As you don't like the black. Do a narrow white followed by grey.

Well, first of all I LOVE the fabrics you have used in your quilt. I can see several options .... but I think a narrow red border with a wider gray border would look nice.

The white narrower border will set the inside on its own, then the black border will frame everything together.
