I like #4. think the others are too busy

I like Pam H's idea......."I Love my Cats" border only make the border a little wider so that you can see more of the phrase.

I don't think you can go wrong, no matter which you choose, please post a picture when you are done!

I think that I would add a thin border of the bright in number four closest to the center, then a second of the black with the dots/circles.
