A while ago there was a post on pinning a quilt but not with safety pins but with a straight pin and a silicone plug?? Now when I want to read it again I can't find it...
Thank you for your help. sass |

They are called Pinmoors, to the best of my recollection, and they are in the Clotilde catalog and website. I love them -- I need more!
|
After at first thinking it was a foolish purchase on my part (they are pricey), I find I use them all the time and really love them!

What a brilliant idea. Saves so much trouble opening and closing safety pins, and your hands wouldn't get sore either.
|
Thank you so much ladies!!! I just could not think of the name of them.

You can also use ear plugs. They are cheaper LOL. I've heard some people have cut the pinmors in half also.
|
You can use pencil erasers from the Dollar Tree with long straight pins. I cut the part off that goes on the pencil. Inexpensive and effective.

I've used all the alternatives but none of them comes close to the Pinmoors.

You can also go to Michaels into Jewelry making supplies and buy the back end caps for your pierced earrings and use those...
