How about a I Spy quilt?

Bricks would look nice. Sew into rows and stagger the rows.

If you like squares better, square them up to 5 inches. Make an Irish chain type quilt and use the 3 x 5 leftovers in a piano ke border.

i-spy quilts are always a good choice with a variety of children's prints :)

I-Spy, kids love them. You can make them in any shape or design you want.

If you want something quick and easy I too would suggest just squaring them all to the same size and randomly sewing blocks together into strips and then sewing the strips together.

I just finished two I Spy quilts. I am very pleased with them.
