I agree! I always turn mine upside down until the product stops coming out...just the air. This clears out the nozzle and stops it from gumming up.

That's pretty impressive. I'm surprised they don't just mail out a new nozzle. That tells me they really care about their customers and want them to be happy.

Thanks Ladies ... for the tips and hints.
I'm heading to the sewing room shortly and will try, try again! :)

Terrific customer service from the companies that replaced your products.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me. The name of the manufacturer/distributor company in the US is in the small print on the can. I googled them, then sent an email to the customer service group that I found online, asking what I could do to get it working again. They emailed me back within a couple of days and said they periodically get a defective batch of nozzles, and they mailed me a brand new can for free. I was a happy camper after that.

I only use 505 too, but have often had to stick a pin in the spray hole and then wash it(the hole) with a damp cloth and it has worked. However, next time I will contact the seller as I usually order online...I don't think it's unusual for these sprays to stop working....

This happened to me but I left can upside down and when I tried it the next day it worked perfectly.
